No Fix, No Charge
Northern IT Support’s “No Fix, No Charge” means that if we cannot give you a solution to your problem, we won’t charge you. If we advise you on how to fix it but cannot resolve it due to unforseen circumstances our hourly rate still applies.
Rates
Northern IT Support charges a minimum of one hour for all call outs.
